the town of Ixtapa were the US owned Montgomery Fruit Co. once mainained vast fruit plantations and explain
the impact this company had on life in this area. We´ll take you to Las Juntas and some of the small towns like
Bucerias on the coast, and show you the differences in lifestyles and dietary habits brought about by the available
foods in these areas.

Then we´ll head off to the north shore to a quaint little restaurant hidden away on the beach for a delicious lunch
with a faboulous view of Vallarta, the south shore, and the mountains in the distance.
